How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Shipping takes 6–12 days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn or unused items with their original tags and packaging. To start a return and receive a prepaid return label, email contact@bellemarisol.com.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page lists measurements, and our Size Guide has a full chart plus how-to-measure tips. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my dress?

Most pieces are best hand-washed cold or dry-cleaned. Always check the care label inside your dress for specific instructions.
